Just a quick note to let you know how impressed I am with ALL the staff. I notice that they all  go above and beyond to make my mother ( and I ) feel special. The care is outstanding in all departments. It has been such a pleasure and a relief to know my mother is being taken care of so well. Right from day one where I had so much assistance from maintenance setting up her room and the fabulous welcome she got as she arrived from all the staff. The great food, caring baths, daily care, nursing , organized visits , fun exercises, organized laundry, cheerful reception,  social events, personable attendance, great doctor etc etc. The list goes on and on. To be honest, I have nothing negative to say. Thank you to everyone for all you do. The team is amazing and does not go un-noticed.

To all the Staff at Sidney AllCare,  

We want to send a huge thank you to you all for all the caring and kindness you show with our Dad, John McKee. You have difficult jobs under very challenging times. The patience, love and compassion u show minute by minute is noticed 😊 Also a big thank you for all the activities. John adored the Rickshaw bike ride last weekend. It brought new life back to him.

Extra clean facility with the necessary equipment to care for individuals with mobility issues and dementia. It is a good place for the elderly to age in place. Good staff/resident ratio. Single rooms for the residents along with friendly knowledgeable staff and good meals sealed the deal.
