Welcome to the All-Care family! I started out managing the day-to-day operations of Sidney All Care Residence when we opened in 2013. We are a family owned, private pay long term care home and were the largest in BC when we opened. We took a few years to grow and once the business became more stable, I was able to step back and hire a General Manager. At that point I was able to focus more on overseeing the operations and less of the day to day. We have seen incredible growth over the years. We pride ourselves in providing a great quality of life for our residents and our success is a testament to the great job our team does at providing quality of life.

I joined the Sidney All Care Team in August, 2023. I bring 30 years of nursing experience to this role. I have worked with Seniors for the last 15 + years in various roles in the community and as a Director of Care of a LTC facility. I am passionate about senior care and look forward to working with the care team to ensure that the residents are provided with the highest quality care. I am thrilled to be living and working in the beautiful community of Sidney.  On days off, my husband and I enjoy time boating on the waters around Vancouver Island.

Resident Care Coordinator

I started my career with Sidney All Care in May 2022 as a registered nurse.  In 2024, I was promoted to the Resident Care Coordinator.  Previously, I have worked in other Long Term Care homes as well as with the Acute and Palliative Care units at the Saanich Peninsula Hospital.  My role as the Resident Care Coordinator is to assist the Director Of Care in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations.  In my off time, I like to spend time with my family as well as workout, throw pottery and play games.

Food Services Manager

I started my career with All Care in October 2022. I join the team with over 30 years of food service experience, mainly in the areas of senior living, on site catering, and fine dining. My role as Food Services Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the culinary department. This includes overseeing food quality, food preparation, and food service. Also, I take pride in creating a work environment in which the food service team are happy, and take pride in their work. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, biking, and kayaking.

Welcome to the All Care Family! I started my career with All Care in June 2022. I join the team with over 25 years of management experience, mainly in the areas of Operations and Human Resources. My role as Administrative Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative department. This includes the hiring of new staff, scheduling the care department, and review and improving administrative processes. Welcome to the All Care Family! I Have been employed with SACR since March 2022 and brought with me a background of 12 years’ experience in hospitality, hotels and seniors care industry. I have been working as a Housekeeping Executive and hospitality director in several companies. My role as a Housekeeping Coordinator is to oversee day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, which includes laundry, taking care resident rooms clean and tidy, make sure all the requirement of housekeeping and SACR are fulfilled. My hobbies are reading books, explore new places, interacting with new people.

My goal as Recreation Manager at Sidney All Care Residence is to positively impact each resident’s health, well-being, and quality of life through meaningful leisure and recreation activities. In my spare time, I enjoy being outside, preferably in the mountains, either hiking, camping, or rock climbing.

As I reflect on my journey with Sidney All Care, and my 10 years of dedication I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities for growth, learning, and meaningful connections that it has provided me. Beginning as a Healthcare Assistant and advancing to the role of Clinical Care Team Lead, my role has evolved from providing direct care as an HCA to leadership responsibilities and working closely with the Leadership and Clinical team. I am passionate about my job and look forward to the many years of working closely with my All Care family, residents and staff. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter. Going on new adventures with my family, my sister and her family. I love summer camping, the beach and travelling.

I joined the Sidney All Care team in October 2020. I bring over 20 years of administrative and hospitality experience including working at Victoria General Hospital. My role is to organize Sidney All Care’s staffing schedules including vacations. I love the warm and friendly work atmosphere at Sidney All Care. I was born on Vancouver Island and have lived in Victoria for 25 years. When I’m not at work, I am a mom to two amazing kids. I love playing board games and spending time with extended family.
