Director of Care
Welcome to the All Care Family!. I have been employed with SACR since June 2019 and brought with me a background of 20 years in acute care as well as remote nursing in the arctic. My role combines the Director of Care and General Manager role, and what that means is I am the manager of the care department which involves anything to do with care and the residents in this building as well as working with the Vice President to oversee all the other departments. On my days off, I enjoy spending time outdoors and spending time with my granddaughter Brooklynn.

Resident Care Coordinator
Welcome to the All Care Family!. I joined this team in April and excited to bring my passion to this role. As an RN, my inspiration with health care comes from my grandfather who worked as a family physician for over 50 years. I began my nursing career in 2019 in Public Health, and have always been passionate about promoting health & wellness. I look forward to helping each resident live life fully, with excellent care within a healthy and positive environment. In my spare time I love baking and horse back riding and enjoying beautiful Sidney with my husband and labradoodle dog.

Community Relations Manager
Welcome to the All Care Family! I look forward to a long and meaningful relationship. I have been employed with SACR since August 2021. I started my career in long term care back 18 years ago when my father was diagnosed with Dementia. In the past 8 years I have worked in Ontario, Saskatchewan and now beautiful BC in both Independent Living as well as Assisted Living and Complex Care. I am the mom to 3 grown boys as well as a doting nana to my grand-daughter Ja’Leigha. In my off days my husband Mark, our golden doodle Matilda Grace and I love to explore the Island!

Welcome to the All Care Family! I started my career with All Care in December of 2017 and brought with me 14 years of experience in seniors care, scheduling and administrative work. My role as the Administrative Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative department, which includes the hiring of new staff, scheduling the care department, and reviewing and improving administrative processes. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and three sons.

Welcome Jocelyn! We’d like to introduce you to our new Recreation Manager, Jocelyn Ferguson! She first joined our All Care family back in 2016 when she worked as a Rec assistant for two years. She then went on to manage an Adult Day Care on Salt Spring Island for two years, followed by working in Recreation with seniors in both assisted living and complex care for two years, and now we are so happy to welcome her back into the fold! We can all look forward to the positive impact she will make on our Rec Team and the joy she will bring to our resident activity programming. If you see her in the halls, make sure to say hi.

Welcome to the All Care Family! I Have been employed with SACR since March 2022 and brought with me a background of 12 years’ experience in hospitality, hotels and seniors care industry. I have been working as a Housekeeping Executive and hospitality director in several companies. My role as a Housekeeping Coordinator is to oversee day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, which includes laundry, taking care resident rooms clean and tidy, make sure all the requirement of housekeeping and SACR are fulfilled. My hobbies are reading books, explore new places, interacting with new people.
